We went fishing to Discovery pond again, but only for a few minutes so we didn't catch very much. But I caught the first Crappie ever caught at our house, too bad he's not bigger. look at the size of his wee little mouth!
I've never eaten crappie- Is it good? Or did you put him back? How do you determine who's too small? Since my turtle has gone missing I've been thinking of buying a few fish to make my tank look less lonely.
We didn't put him back, and actualy, you can eat any edible kinds of fish as far as I know; what ever size they are. But I'd rather not eat the tiny ones. I haven't got around to flaying my crappie yet; people say they taste good but I haven't tasted them yet.
